Hi there! I'm Menno, a passionate Core Game Programmer.
As a core game programmer I focus on creating low level systems for other teams to build on top. I enjoy designing and optimizing systems that form the foundation of our games and empower the rest of the team. My specialization is in networking and entity systems, allowing our gameplay to be synchronized in a real time competitive multiplayer environment. I enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating and learning to understand what technologies we need to bring the game's vision to life. In my free time I'm interested in everything retro games. This got me into developing on retro hardware, where I focus on low level optimizations and getting to know systems on a hardware level. I also spend my free time on language learning, miniature painting, crochet and other nerdy hobbies as a way for me to relax outside of games. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions! |
